NFFE-IAMAW : Local #701 B-D National Forest News  PC Questionaires Due3/1/2002Ever since April, it had been suggested by many that our Forest needed an outside counselor to come in and help "fix" things. These things being low morale, tension and bad relationships-to name few. So, the Partnership Council did just that. We contacted an outside counselor to help us get this process rolling. After meeting with this counselor, he sugested that we send out a questionaire to the Forest in order to get to the specific problems that we wish to address.
Well, we've received very few responses. Where are the responses from those who wanted this counselor? Do we really not have any problems? We sent out a reminder letting employees know that absolutely no identifying markers are necessary. You don't have to fill out anything except the responses to the 3 questions. The deadline is March 1, 2002. If we don't get any responses, how can we try and "fix" the problems that many of you were so adament that we had? Please fill out the questionaires. Things won't change unless you try and change them. |
